Do you have a store?

HijabBee is an online store only and do not currently have a shop.

Where are you based?

HijabBee is based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Can I change my order once placed?

Yes, you may request the change of your order within 2 hours by sending a WhatsApp message on our contact number +923344522338. Once your order has been dispatched it is unfortunately impossible to change it at that stage.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery or Bank transfer.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are Rs.200 nationwide. Free delivery on orders worth more than Rs.3000.

How many days will it take to receive my order?

It takes 2-5 working days for Karachi and 3-8 working days nationwide. It may take longer if your city is not under large cities.

Do you offer wholesale?

Unfortunately wholesale is not currently offered.

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship in Pakistan.

Will you exchange my order if it is defected?

You need to send picture of defected product within 24 hours after receiving the order. We will refund full amount for the defected article. Amount can be refunded in the form of bank transfer or voucher code, as per the choice of customer. If you claim the defect after 24 hours, it will be rejected.

However, we do not offer any return or exchange due to the change of mind or personal likeness. 

Although we try our best to capture colors as close as possible to how they appear in real, we cannot guarantee a hundred percent match. The difference between different display screens is minimal but beyond our control hence refunds/exchanges cannot be provided on this basis. It is recommended to look at the colors on laptop screen for the best match.

What if I refuse the order once it reaches my place?

You will be banned from ordering from us in the future.

Are the colors of hijabs same as picture?

Yes, we try to capture exact colors. However there can be a slight difference in real due to light, camera and brightness effects.
